The Quiet Journal is a 8-week physical planner designed to help you quiet “food noise.” It is a daily space to notice your habits, track your meals alongside your mood, and reflect on emotional triggers without the pressure of strict rules or shame.
When will my order ship?
We are currently operating on a very limited “Batch 1” release of just 25 copies. If you secure a copy from this first drop, orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as soon as stock arrives at our studio. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on its way.
For this initial launch, we are only shipping within the UK. As The Quiet Journal grows, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Yes — but it’s important to note this is not a diet plan or weight‑loss tool. The Quiet Journal supports mindful awareness, emotional insight, and personal reflection rather than calorie or macronutrient tracking.

How long does the journal last?
The journal contains 8 weeks of daily logs and weekly reflections. It is completely undated, so you can begin whenever it feels right for you.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your journal, but if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The journal must be completely unused and in its original, pristine condition. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
